The M6 MKII is vastly superior to the preceding models and that's why it's hard to find and commands a highish price. It was probably the best of the M series cameras that are, sadly, no longer developed or produced.

Park at the Buttermere carpark (NT) and do both lakes. You'd be about 30 minutes from the first pines sighting then or 2 hours if you can't help but take loads of images. Have a couple of coffees in the cafe too and help the village by giving them your custom.

I use, and like, WAZE. Quicker to update than Google Maps Tells you when there's a car on the hard shoulder coming up, any rta's and also when there are police cars in the area.
