Help with indentifying this please!

I'm based in S W France and have seen a wide variety of Feathered antenna before, but never this combination of Stag-like Antlers and Feathers......Can anyone identify it for me?

Had not thought of a Mosquito, but looks likely -

Having previously caught 'encephalitis' from a mosquito bite, I fall into the view that the only good Mosquito, is a DEAD Mosquito!

Males as I guess this is are ok as they do not bite/sting or take Blood.
